My wife Sandra and I have been married 18 years.  She is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has been in the business for over 12 years.  We are blessed with three wonderful sons, Christian(17), Matthew(15) and Joshua(4). 

We are a husband and wife team who enjoys working with people. Like many couples, we are opposites. Sandra is the gas pedal and I’m the brake. Sandra sees the big picture while I tend to focus on the details. We’ve learned to complement one another’s strengths and cover one another’s weaknesses. When you team up with us, you’re working with a team who has your best interest in mind. 

 

I like to share some of our background and work experience with you. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Sandra has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from USC. As a Professional Engineer I was trained to find solutions to problems in a major oil refinery. As a Real Estate Professional, I’m trained to find solutions to problems in a real estate transaction. I also have the support of Keller Williams Realty Chino Hills Market Center to help resolve issues in a timely manner, which means less stress and headaches for you.

 

Sandra worked in various real estate related fields for over 15 years. She worked as an escrow officer, and a loan officer. She opened her own office in 2002. You will find her knowledge of the different aspects of a real estate transaction invaluable. This means you'll have one person to go to for all your questions during a transaction. Sandra speaks English, Mandarin as well as Taiwanese. You choose the language you’re comfortable with!
